Free Fitness Class, Yoga Sculpt

Free Fitness Class, Yoga Sculpt, Sundays 1:00-2:00pm, starting February 2 in the Little Sprouts Room here in the PSF Community Center.  Terri Poirier from AGC came up with this great outreach idea and will lead the class.  You register with Clodagh Drummey, the executive director of PSF at 617-782-8670 or cdrummey@psf-inc.org.  Clodagh is thrilled with our church offering this free class.  Bring your own mat (but mats are available at the class if you do not have one).
